I am an electronics engineer turned program manager with strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Currently I work at VVDN Technologies, Vision Business Unit, as Manager, Program management. I believe that people management is one of the best valuable skill ever. At VVDN, I am managing a multidisciplinary team which consists of Hardware engineers, software engineers,  industrial designers, mechanical engineer, production engineers etc to deliver value to customer on time.

Prior Joining VVDN on December 29th 2021, I was working with DFM Softech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Kochi, as Project Lead, Engineering since 15th Jan 2020. I joined DFM during its initial days as the first engineer and played a key role in building the engineering team (Industrial Designers and Electronics, Firmware, Mechanical Engineers). I was responsible for the customer interaction, completion of all projects, company operations especially finance. Also involve slightly in business development and overall operations of the company. During my time at DFM, we have completed and delivered 25 products across India and US.

Before that, I was founded and running an electronics firm Neo Green Labs based at Kochi. NGL was founder by myself, Shibili Rahman and Jestin Varghese in 2012. We started as product engineering firm and were going well till 2017. We faced a severe financial crisis in 2017 and windup the product engineering business, the cofounders left the firm, but i continues and shaped NGL to one of the best electronics embedded system on campus training provider in kerala. Since 2017  I provided 160 plus on -campus workshops across educational institutions in Kerala and Tamil Nadu and trained over 10000 students. I  provided trainings in a few small companies as well. One thing I love the most in my life is providing hands-on technology training.

Right after the graduation, I have done an apprenticeship in Grey Technolabs, Kochi for five months, in embedded system department. I learned programming microchip controllers, single sided pcb design during this time.
